The Slide Mat is suitable for lying down on the floor or solid surface. The model is available in two sizes (180 cm and 230 cm). The smooth film is attached with the 7-point system. The underside of Tempish SLIDE MAT is non-slip and therefore adheres securely. A pair of shoe covers are included.
