It supports passing, stick handling or shooting.

With a length of 100 cm and a width of 50 cm, it offers good dimensions for improving technique

Stick handling drills and most types of shots can thus be trained well.

The dimensions are tailored to small space for training sessions. This panel can therefore also be used in narrow spaces or courtyards.

Laterally, the player can move well to bring shots on goal.

The material is made of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). This material is better known as Hard PE and is extremely smooth and slippery.
